Shop Policies

  • Work Hours Policy
    • Minnow Made business hours are from 8:00am-5:00pm EST Monday through Friday. Any line of communication sent after 5:00pm may or may not be returned until the next business day.

  • Turnaround Time Policy
    • Minnow Made currently operates on a 14 business day turnaround from time of received payment. This is subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Note, Saturday and Sunday do not count as a business day, nor do National Holidays (see Minnow Made observed holidays).

  • Return Policy
    • Due to the customization of all products from Minnow Made, returns are not accepted and refunds are not allowed. Minnow Made would love to work with you and get you the best product possible so reach out to Customer Service (minnowmadeshop@gmail.com) and we’ll work with you to fix the issue!
  • Custom Orders Policy
    • Custom orders are gladly accepted through Minnow Made! Pricing will be dependent upon each order. All details (pricing, turnaround time, etc.) will be communicated between customer and Minnow Made.

  • Observed Holidays Policy
    • Minnow Made will observe the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.
